It boasts 6 queen beds and 2 king beds split between 4 bedrooms (all with attached baths). It has the ULTIMATE game room AND a rooftop terrace for relaxing, games or taking in the stellar views. Good to know
Our townhome has six queen beds and two king beds split between 4 bedrooms (all with attached bathrooms). There are two living areas, one of which is on the ground floor and home to the ULTIMATE game room. The game room has 3 arcade games, shuffleboard, and an 85-inch big screen with both NES Mini and Super NES Mini Nintendo consoles loaded with ALL the games you love. Whew! Want to get away from it all…head to the rooftop deck with peek-a-boo glimpses of the Gulf and views for miles…excellent for sunning or catching the beautiful Florida sunrises and sunsets. The rooftop has two seating areas and outdoor games, because…OF COURSE! We are a short 5-minute walk to Blue Mountain Beach and close to several 30A-famous spots and restaurants, including the 30A-renowned Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery and Cowgirl Kitchen (just to name a few)! The Posh Pelican is perfect for families or groups of all ages with plenty of space to spread out across three floors (plus the rooftop!). And, the townhome is fully stocked with many of the things you may need to make your stay perfect. Here are some of the things we have available: -A fully stocked kitchen with coffee makers, blender, crockpot, pots and pans, utensils, etc. -Smart-tvs in both living areas to allow for streaming of your favorite programming -2GB internet and 2 monitors available for use -Heated community pool (seasonally) -Community barbecue grill -Beach cart, chairs, coolers and towels at-the-ready for your beach adventures -Two pack 'n’ plays -Booster seat/high chair that attaches to a kitchen chair -Board games, books and toys And here are some more specific details of our townhome: There are 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms: -King Master bedroom with ensuite bath (tub/shower combo) -King Bedroom with shared bath (private entrance; shower) -2 Queen Bedroom with private bath (shower) -Quad Queen “Bunk” Room with two queen-over-queen, adult-weight rated bunk beds, shared bath (private entrance) -Open concept living room/kitchen area with island and ample seating and fully stocked kitchen. -Game Room with multiple arcades, shuffleboard, 85-inch screen and two Nintendo gaming systems, etc. -Rooftop terrace with two seating areas; one with a sectional seating area and one with two loungers and an Adirondack...perfect for morning coffee or after dinner drinks or just sitting back, soaking it all in.
Other Details to Note
Rental Policy Must be 25 or older to book. Primary guest must be present the entirety of the stay. Security Deposit and Rental Agreement To fully confirm booking, a $500 security deposit and signed rental agreement are required. Please complete the requested tasks via our Guest Portal as soon as possible to finalize the reservation! Parking The reservation includes parking spots for two vehicles (marked with Unit #). A few overflow spots are available on a first come first serve basis. No Pets Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the townhome. Violations of this policy will result in a $500 fine and may also incur additional cleaning fees. Noise and Occupancy Noise and occupancy ordinances are strictly enforced by the County and HOA. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am.
